Downside to the day: Was horrifically ill upon arriving back in Nova Scotia last night at the asscrack of stupid-thirty in the morning. Still sick.
Upside to the day: All of the assorted bits and pieces for this guy were waiting for me in the mail. And while I was lacking anything resembling coordination at the time, you better believe I put him together with a nerdy glee.
Now if only my phone took better pictures. Or I had batteries for my camera. You can kind of tell that I picked the angriest Lego face ever. What you can’t see in this photo is that I picked it because he has scars over one of his eyes. Would’ve preferred both, but I’ll take what I can get.
Yes, my first foray into kitbashing was with Lego. It’s still within my price range (though he still cost me about thirty dollars since I had to import some of the bits from the UK. Fitting, but holy god Chamber what even), and, you know. Lego.
<3 Lego.
Now I’m gonna go and throw up because breathing recycled airplane air for half a day and whatever it was that they put in that burger in Toronto have ended me.
